Yes, we provide direct online checkout with international delivery to select countries

If you cannot check out because your country is not on the list, please email us at admin@scribesandbeyond.com with a list of your items in the cart and delivery address, and we will be able to provide you with a shipping quote. 

For shipments within Australia, there are two options:

• Standard tracked shipping service by our partner carriers. The level of service will be similar to Australia Post's ParcelPost.

• Express Post by Australia Post.

For international shipment, we will provide two options:

• Standard tracked shipping service by Australia Post. It will generally be delivered by the country's national mail carrier once it arrives in the destination country.

• Fast-tracked shipping service by private courier service such as DHL, UPS or FedEx.

The tracking link you received from us should have the contact details of the courier that is delivering your order.

We will email you with a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

Any request for a return can be made in-store during store opening hours or sent via email.

Item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Nibs purchases are non-refundable.

If the request for return is approved, a refund will be issued after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Request for return due to incorrect choice or change of mind is not allowed.

Hand Delivery
(Special Circumstances Only)

In rare and time-sensitive circumstances, hand delivery may be offered at our discretion. This applies only to customers who are visiting Sydney temporarily and do not reside locally, and where standard postal services cannot meet the required timeframe.
 

Hand delivery is not a standard shipping option, is not available at checkout, and is subject to staff availability and confirmation. All orders must be placed and paid for online before any alternative delivery arrangements are considered.
 

The availability, timing, location, and fee for hand delivery are determined on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline this option where it is not feasible.
