Do you provide International delivery?
To return an item in-store, you can come to our store during our opening hours with your original payment receipt or invoice.
To return an item via delivery couriers, please send the item back to our shop address below.

The return shipping charge shall be the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed by us to be our responsibility.
How do I return an item?
Any request for a return can be made in-store during store opening hours or sent via email.
Item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Nibs purchases are non-refundable.
If the request for return is approved, a refund will be issued after returned items are received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Request for return due to incorrect choice or change of mind is not allowed.
What is your returns policy?
We will email you with a tracking link once the order has been dispatched.

The tracking link you received from us should have the contact details of the courier that is delivering your order.
How can I contact your couriers?
For shipments within Australia, There are two options:
Standard tracked shipping service by our partner carriers. The level of service will be similar to ParcelPost by Australia Post.
Express Post by Australia Post.
For international shipment, we will provide two options:
Standard tracked shipping service by Australia Post. It will generally be delivered by the country national mail carrier once it arrives in destination country.
Fast Tracked shipping service by private courier service such as DHL, UPS or FedEX.
